Corporate Wellbeing & Learning Programmes

The Human Workplace

The Human Workplace™ programmes introduce a whole-human perspective on workplace wellbeing — helping organisations understand how stress, communication, sleep and nervous system regulation influence the way people live and work. Through educational sessions and experiential learning, we support individuals and organisations to develop greater awareness of how humans respond to pressure and how sustainable performance and wellbeing can be supported in modern working life.

A Whole-Human Approach to Workplace Wellbeing

Modern workplaces place significant demands on people. Constant change, high expectations and digital overload mean many individuals operate in sustained states of stress and pressure.
Traditional workplace wellbeing programmes often focus on short-term interventions without addressing how humans actually function under pressure.
Humans are not purely cognitive beings. We are emotional, relational and physiological systems whose nervous systems respond constantly to our environments.

The Whole-Human Method

Holistically Humanâ„¢ brings together insights from psychotherapy, neuroscience, leadership development and embodied practice to explore how people experience stress, communication and relationships at work.
Our programmes help participants understand:

  • How the nervous system responds to pressure
  • Why burnout and emotional exhaustion occur
  • How sleep and recovery influence performance
  • How communication and relational dynamics are shaped by stress responses
  • Practical tools for supporting regulation and resilience

Rather than offering wellbeing as a set of activities or interventions, our work focuses on helping individuals understand the systems that shape human behaviour and wellbeing in the workplace.

I found the training really informative, thought-provoking and practically helpful. I particularly valued the real-life examples of interventions with clients, which brought the theory to life and made it much easier to see how it can be applied in practice. The exploration of the Window of Tolerance was especially valuable for me in deepening my understanding of how to support clients in regulating their nervous systems and working safely with trauma.

Kami, qualified counsellor

I was sitting in Costa the other day having a coffee and just taking a bit of time out, something I try to do more often now. It struck me how different my outlook on life is compared to a couple of years ago. A lot of that change is down to Catherine – her knowledge, wisdom and guidance have made a real difference to me. I’m much more able to relax, slow down and see things differently now. I’m really grateful for the support I had and just wanted to say thank you.
